Katharina Raabe joined IFPRI (New Dehli, India) in January 2007 as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. Prior to joining IFPRI, she was a PhD student at Maastricht University in The Netherlands. She is a German citizen and holds a PhD in Economics from Maastricht University, Netherlands.
