Agnes Quisumbing

Agnes Quisumbing is a Senior Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion Unit. She co-leads a research program that examines how closing the gap between men’s and women’s ownership and control of assets may lead to better development outcomes.

Klaus von Grebmer

Bio

Klaus von Grebmer, a citizen of Switzerland, is a Research Fellow Emeritus in the Director General’s Office. Previously, he was director of IFPRI’s Communications Division. Before joining IFPRI in 1999, Klaus worked for 26 years in the private sector as a business consultant, health economist, and senior manager in communications and issues management. In 1998, he joined the World Bank within its Staff Exchange Program and was a Principal Operations Officer in rural development. He earned his master’s and PhD degrees in Economics from Kiel University, Germany.
