Khalid Siddig

Khalid Siddig is a Senior Research Fellow in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit and Program Leader for the Sudan Strategy Support Program. He is an agricultural economist with a focus on examining the impacts of potential shocks and the allocation of resources on economic growth, environmental sustainability, and income distribution through the lens of economywide and micro-level tools.

Sivan Yosef

Bio

Sivan Yosef is a Senior Program Manager in the Director General’s Office. She has worked on Nourishing Millions: Stories of Change in Nutrition, the 2020 Vision Initiative, the Global Food Policy Report, Transform Nutrition, LANSA, the Millions Fed project, the IFPRI 2013–2018 strategy, and the 2020 conferences “Leveraging Agriculture for Improving Nutrition and Health” (New Delhi 2011) and “Building Resilience for Food & Nutrition Security” (Addis Ababa 2014). Prior to joining IFPRI in 2008, she co-founded a literacy organization operating in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean, and worked for United Way of America and the American Society of International Law. Sivan holds a BA in Political Science from Rutgers College and an MA in International Development Studies from George Washington University. She is fluent in English and Hebrew, and proficient in Spanish.
