Kalyani Raghunathan is Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion Unit, based in New Delhi, India. Her research lies at the intersection of agriculture, gender, social protection, and public health and nutrition, with a specific focus on South Asia and Africa.

IFPRI’s Director General Johan Swinnen is participating in the International Consortium on Applied Bioeconomy Research Conference plenary session “Towards the Global Food Summit: Actions Taken and Challenges ahead”.

 This year’s ICABR conference will provide a forum for biological scientists, engineers and social scientists from governments, private firms, and academia to come together to present and discuss technological opportunities and government policies to build a better bioeconomy.
