Why we need a holistic approach to improve our complex food system (Reuters)

Reuters published an op-ed authored by Research Fellow Wei Zhang on the importance of holistic approach in improving complex food systems. In the op-ed, Zhang argues the failures of the global food system won’t be solved overnight, but if we don’t strive to address the whole system, we are more likely to fail in addressing any individual piece of it.
