Climate Change Conference recommends the use of technology in agriculture (Suna)

June 02, 2022

Suna (Sudan) published an article about the 2022 Global Food Policy Report’s launch in Sudan. The launch on climate change and its impact on food systems recommended investing in scientific research and using technology in agriculture to produce food for groups suffering from hunger and poverty in the Middle East and North Africa. In the article, senior research fellow and Program Leader of the Sudan Strategy Support Program, Khalid Siddig stressed that the goal of establishing the Institute is to prepare plans to develop economic policies that help to carry out research and training for all segments of society in cooperation with local and international organizations in the direction of finding common solutions to the economic and agricultural problems facing the Sudanese in rural and urban areas.
