The Philippine National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) is the Philippines’ premier socioeconomic planning body. It is the authority in macroeconomic forecasting and policy analysis and research and provides high-level advice to policymakers in the Philippine Congress and Executive Branch. NEDA coordinates the formulation of policies, plans, and programs; reviews, evaluates, and monitors infrastructure projects; and undertakes short-term policy reviews to provided analyses of development issues and policy alternatives.
