Kalyani Raghunathan is Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion Unit, based in New Delhi, India. Her research lies at the intersection of agriculture, gender, social protection, and public health and nutrition, with a specific focus on South Asia and Africa.

Amina Yakubu Bashir is a Senior Program Assistant in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit, based in Nigeria. Her role includes administration, logistics arrangement, organizing seminars and workshop, office vehicle maintenance and assist with financial requests.
She holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Maiduguri, a post-graduate diploma in Management from Bayero University Kano, and a master’s in Development Studies from the Federal University, Dutse-Jigawa State.
