Kalyani Raghunathan

Kalyani Raghunathan is Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion Unit, based in New Delhi, India. Her research lies at the intersection of agriculture, gender, social protection, and public health and nutrition, with a specific focus on South Asia and Africa.

Gayathri Ramani

Senior Research Analyst

Bio

Gayathri Ramani is a Research Analyst in the Nutrition, Health, and Diets Unit. Since joining IFPRI, she has worked on several research projects across sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. She specializes in quantitative research and has worked on issues related to agriculture, social protection, women’s empowerment, mental health, nutrition, livelihoods, and resilience. She earned a master’s degree at the Fletcher School, Tufts University, specializing in Development Economics, and a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College, double majoring in Economics and Mathematics.
