Kalyani Raghunathan is Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion Unit, based in New Delhi, India. Her research lies at the intersection of agriculture, gender, social protection, and public health and nutrition, with a specific focus on South Asia and Africa.

Dellings Phiri is the Country Manager for the HarvestPlus Malawi Program. He has worked in the agriculture sector for 20 years, with a focus on seeds. Before joining HarvestPlus, he worked for several years with Seed Co Mw Ltd as Managing Director, and for Monsanto Malawi (now Bayer Malawi) as Marketing Manager. He has also worked with the National Smallholder Farmers Association of Malawi (NASFAM) as Marketing Manager responsible for creating market linkages for farmers’ produce. Dellings holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University, Scotland, and a bachelor’s of Commerce (Business Administration) degree from the University of Malawi.
