Liangzhi You is a Senior Research Fellow and theme leader in the Foresight and Policy Modeling Unit, based in Washington, DC. His research focuses on climate resilience, spatial data and analytics, agroecosystems, and agricultural science policy. Gridded crop production data of the world (SPAM) and the agricultural technology evaluation model (DREAM) are among his research contributions.

Vandana Vidhani is a Research Analyst in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit, based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Her current work focuses on inclusive agriculture transformation (IAT) indicators.
Before joining IFPRI, Vandana worked as a research analyst in the Sustainable Mobility Team at the Council on Energy, Environment, and Water (CEEW), New Delhi. She worked on the impact evaluation study in the electric-three-wheeler (e3W) space, behavioral biases involved in e3W transition, and gender inclusion in e3W. She also served as a summer research fellow at the Institute of Economic Growth (IEG) on a project concerning the agricultural produce procurement system in Bihar. She has experience in literature reviews, quantitative economic research, sampling techniques, field surveys, focus group discussions, data analysis, and report writing.
She completed a master’s degree in environment and resource economics from the TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi; an MBA from Doon Business School, Dehradun; and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Fergusson College, Pune.
