Samuel Benin

Samuel Benin is the Acting Director for Africa in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit. He conducts research on national strategies and public investment for accelerating food systems transformation in Africa and provides analytical support to the African Union’s CAADP Biennial Review.

The Bangladesh Integrated Food Policy Research Program is designed to meet the food policy needs of a growing Bangladesh. It will combine policy research with capacity strengthening to tackle all four aspects of food security – availability, access, utilization, and stability – in a holistic and sustainable approach.
