Liangzhi You

Liangzhi You is a Senior Research Fellow and theme leader in the Foresight and Policy Modeling Unit, based in Washington, DC. His research focuses on climate resilience, spatial data and analytics, agroecosystems, and agricultural science policy. Gridded crop production data of the world (SPAM) and the agricultural technology evaluation model (DREAM) are among his research contributions.

Through a combination of case studies and interactive discussion, this session presented an overview of patterns and progress toward accelerated stunting reduction, unpack how countries have achieved substantial gains, the strategies they used and their approaches for addressing challenges. The session opened with a review of progress that highlights patterns of change across several case studies. This is followed by a deep dive into three individual case studies from Vietnam, Rwanda and Burkina Faso.
