January 25, 2021

Naver (South Korea) published an article stating that last year, which was recorded as the warmest year of all time due to climate change, also saw an increase of the world’s hunger population, increasing by 130 million due to adverse events such as economic downturn due to the Corona 19 pandemic.

At the International Food and Agriculture Forum, deputy division director (EPTD), Claudia Ringler said, “In high-income countries, excessive consumption of meat products occurs, whereas in low-income countries, there is a shortage of supply.” They pointed out that they were unable to consume complete foods containing amino acids that are lacking in plant protein.” Republished in Nate (South Korea), Hani (South Korea)
