Research by IFPRI Research Fellow Kelly Jones was featured prominently in stories in the Atlantic, the New York Times, and the New Yorker this week about an executive order from President Trump which bans American foreign aid from going to organizations that discuss abortion as a family planning option, otherwise known as the Mexico City Policy.
