Liangzhi You

Liangzhi You is a Senior Research Fellow and theme leader in the Foresight and Policy Modeling Unit, based in Washington, DC. His research focuses on climate resilience, spatial data and analytics, agroecosystems, and agricultural science policy. Gridded crop production data of the world (SPAM) and the agricultural technology evaluation model (DREAM) are among his research contributions.

Six Factors That Could Reduce Malnutrition in Madhya Pradesh (India Spend)

India Spend published a news feature on the nutritional profile of Madhya Pradesh recently released by IFPRI-SAO. The article quoted IFPRI-SAO’s Purnima Menon who provided additional analysis that the government must focus on quality of care provided to mothers; reduction of early marriage for girls; improvement in women’s education and increase sanitation coverage. The feature was republished in Business Standard and First Post.
