Liangzhi You

Liangzhi You is a Senior Research Fellow and theme leader in the Foresight and Policy Modeling Unit, based in Washington, DC. His research focuses on climate resilience, spatial data and analytics, agroecosystems, and agricultural science policy. Gridded crop production data of the world (SPAM) and the agricultural technology evaluation model (DREAM) are among his research contributions.

World Diagnostics News (Argentina) published an article stating that to improve the quality of life of girls, boys, and pregnant women who suffer from anemia and have insufficient nutrition, the INTI, Lipotech, and the University of Morón join forces to develop an innovative nutritional supplement in Argentina. According to IFPRI, a good diet is the first defense against diseases and the source of energy necessary to live and be active; however, little is said about the nutritional problems caused by an inadequate diet, which can be of various types and, when they affect an entire generation of children, they can reduce their learning capacity, thus compromising their future and perpetuating a generational cycle. poverty and malnutrition with serious consequences for individuals and countries.
