To your health: Canned goods can alleviate food shortages (Boulder City Review)

August 26, 2020

Boulder City Review published an article that referenced the results from the Science Magazine journal article, COVID-19 risks to global food security by IFPRI researchers David Laborde, Will Martin, Johan Swinnen, and Rob Vos. Availability, access, utilization, and stability are the four pillars of food security.
