The Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) is a national policy research institute dedicated to the development of agriculture, rural areas, and the food industry as a means of helping to create agricultural policy. KREI creates solutions for new issues such as encouraging urban people to return to farming or rural areas, the improvement of the quality of rural life, and the growth of the food industry. KREI seeks to advance the development of sustainable agriculture and rural communities.
