Khalid Siddig

Khalid Siddig is a Senior Research Fellow in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit and Program Leader for the Sudan Strategy Support Program. He is an agricultural economist with a focus on examining the impacts of potential shocks and the allocation of resources on economic growth, environmental sustainability, and income distribution through the lens of economywide and micro-level tools.

Bio

Jan Duchoslav is a Research Fellow in IFPRI’s Development Strategies and Governance Unit, based in Lilongwe, Malawi. He conducts research and outreach activities to support development policies in the areas of food security, social protection, resilience, and rural transformation. Jan has worked in Sierra Leone, Bangladesh, Uganda, and Malawi. He received his PhD in Development Economics from Wageningen University, the Netherlands.
