Kalyani Raghunathan

Kalyani Raghunathan is Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion Unit, based in New Delhi, India. Her research lies at the intersection of agriculture, gender, social protection, and public health and nutrition, with a specific focus on South Asia and Africa.

Joanna Vanasselt

Bio

Joanna van Asselt is an Associate Research Fellow in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit. Her current research focuses on food security in Myanmar. Her previous research focused on improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers in rural Africa, Asia, and Central America, and assessing whether government policies ensure food and nutrition security, work toward gender equality, and value sustainability. Joanna received her PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Florida.
