Kalyani Raghunathan

Kalyani Raghunathan is Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion Unit, based in New Delhi, India. Her research lies at the intersection of agriculture, gender, social protection, and public health and nutrition, with a specific focus on South Asia and Africa.

Bio

Sunil Saroj joined IFPRI as Research Analyst in July 2015. He is currently working in Policy Reform Initiative Project (PRIP) for Agricultural Development and Food Security in Nepal.

Prior to joining IFPRI, he worked with IPE Global Pvt. Ltd., Micro Insurance Academy (MIA) and Collaborative Research and Dissemination (CORD). He has worked on various issues like Public Health & Nutrition, Education, Micro Insurance, Economic Development, Livelihood, Poverty, Gender, Equity, Public Finance / Public Expenditure etc. He has an exposure to different verticals of development consultancy / socio-economic research – monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation studies, client interaction and negotiation, sampling and field survey, literature review, data collection and analysis, report writing, presentation and dissemination, liaison with development partners, etc.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Centre for Economic Studies and Planning – Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University.
