Kalyani Raghunathan is Research Fellow in the Poverty, Gender, and Inclusion Unit, based in New Delhi, India. Her research lies at the intersection of agriculture, gender, social protection, and public health and nutrition, with a specific focus on South Asia and Africa.

Solange D. Zawadi is the Country Program Manager for the IFPRI Rwanda Strategy Support Program, based in Kigali. She has over 10 years’ experience in non-profit organization leadership and project management including multistakeholder processes, capacity building, operations, and human resources management. Before joining IFPRI, Solange worked for the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) as the Rwanda Soil Information System (RwaSIS) Project Officer and Coordinator of Projects Administration and Management, supporting all aspects of projects administration and management for the IITA-Rwanda Station. She holds a MA in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University, Boston, and a BA in Law from the University of Rwanda.
