  • 4:30 – 6:30 pm (Asia/Kolkata)

This dialogue series is by invitation only.

In preparation for the 2025 launch of the EAT-Lancet Commission 2.0, EAT is hosting a series of ‘EAT Action Dialogues’ to engage with stakeholders and co-create solutions for transforming food systems in line with the new targets and recommendations of the EAT-Lancet Commission 2.0.

The first two Dialogues will focus on identifying global solutions to shift finance towards healthy, sustainable and equitable food systems, building on insights from the Food System Economics Commission.

Dialogue 1: Dialogue 1, Friday, October 11th, 2024: Actions needed to finance food systems transformation

Dialogue 2: Dialogue 2, Monday, October 28th, 2024: Implementing actions and policy priorities

These exclusive, closed-door meetings offer a unique opportunity to hear about the forthcoming EAT-Lancet report before its public launch.

These Dialogues will inform the development of the EAT-Lancet Commission 2.0 Stakeholder Brief for Finance, providing recommendations aligned with stakeholder priorities to meet new targets set by the EAT-Lancet 2.0. The outcomes of these sessions will be published alongside the Commission report in 2025.

Convened by EAT, these finance dialogues are co-hosted with the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and supported by the Food and Land Use Coalition (FOLU).
